Had an issue with the coolant tank in my Chevrolet 2015. Nibu (the site manager) was extremely helpful, explained everything, got a quote the same day for original Chevrolet parts (the garage only installs an original parts). The car was fixed in next few day! Extremely happy with their service. Strongly recommend it!

I had an amazing experience with this place. Just a few minutes after having my BMW thoroughly washed at the nearby ProWash I realized that the engine was stalling and the car was trembling all over. Obviously I freaked out because I thought that water got into the engine. The manager of AutoPro was extremely friendly and professional. Immediately they got my car into the service box and the mechanic started working on it. In just 20 minutes they found out that there was a major problem with some wire - and the stalling had nothing to do with the car wash. They fixed the problem without any payment and I cant be grateful enough as not only they showed much more efficiency and professionalism than any regular garage but also dealt very patiently with a distressed lady. Even for such a super friendly city as Dubai this level of customer service was an absolute star! Im definitely coming back for my regular car checks. Robert the mechanic is a genius!

My Jaguar was sparkling after the steam wash. A bit pricey but thought it was worth it. The water is good quality and it shows in the final finish as it does not damage the paint.

I had a flat tyre and visited this AutoPro to get it replaced as it was quite old.The Service Manager, Nibu provided particularly useful information as to how the vehicles load would disproportionately skew towards cracks that were forming in the remaining tyres which were also more than two years old. With this information and having all applicable & available promotions applied to the offer led me to replace all 4 tyres in the interest of safety.Service reception and technicians were likewise helpful and courteous.

Employees were so friendly and helpful.

Fake info to market the place. They mentioned car repair, but they don’t do any inside works. Do only oil change or tyre change. That’s it. Imagine I came with recovery and when I realized that they don’t do what my car require, then I have to call the recovery again to go to somewhere who can fix my car.

I was so excited to get my tyres changed, now Im really disappointed I had them changed here. They know NOTHING about tyres, they just replace it with whatever is available. Now my ride is very rough and uncomfortable, and I wasted alot of money for nothing. Later to find out they sold me an older model of tyres, sell you anything (mostly old stock) just to take your money. They also charged me 280 AED service charge per tyre!
